The gate underwent its annual maintenance and is currently in good working order. If there are any issues with the gate, please notify the board.
The front gate renovation is complete, we will be looking at potential improvements to other common areas for 2026 budget.

The 2025 winter season was good for the HOA community's finances. We had only one event requiring snow service, and our new company was prompt, arriving without a phone call.

Septic fields A & B have been cleared of blackberry bushes in February 2024. Annual inspections were conducted in 2023 and both systems are within specification.
