Gate Maintenance
The gate underwent its annual maintenance for 2024 and is currently in good working order. If there are any issues with the gate, please notify the board. We are are moving forward with the addition of emergency backup power to open the exit gate during power outages. Project date TBD
Community Landscaping
The front gate renovation will be discussed at the community meeting in Oct. to be considered for the 2025 budget.
*Please let the HOA board know if you see any suspect trees or other landscaping concerns that need to be addressed.
Snow Removal
The 2024 winter season was good for the HOA community's finances. We only had one event requiring snow service, and our new company was prompt and arrived without a phone call.

We want to keep everyone safe and keep up with the required tree maintenance to help prevent potential harm or damage; please click here to report any concerns.
Septic Maintenance
Septic fields A & B have been cleared of blackberry bushes in February 2024. Annual inspections were conducted in 2023 and both systems are within specification.
